Small but very cosy botanic garden in Joensuu. Also lot of culture program during the year. In november new tradition: the festifal of Vision. Very beautiful!

A very nice botanical garden with a lunch option. A bit pricey, but well worth seeing. Beware the ticket trap parking space by the entrance.
A nice of place to see about plants, tea or coffee. A bit pricey for a quick snack, especially since the products aren't even home made. but it has a nice quiet place in the Atrium (when it is warm) to relax. Lots of potential to improve and make a nice attraction in Joensuu.
Amazing place! The plants aren't in the best condition at the moment but still a must see! Very friendly staff aswell. Except for the parrot.
That place is wonderful and magical. I was there at night for some jazz concert and the Botania bar is quite atypical for me , you can drink inside the garden with the lights on the plants. It's really a nice place to visit ! Maybe a little expensive drinks and food for students
Absolutely amazing place. One of the most special places in Joensuu. Also amazing for children, there are always butterflies hatching and flying around. Strongly recommend!
A small botanical garden is located in Joensuu, near the lake. Its location is great. It consists of 3 kinds of climates: tropical, subtropical and desert. If you pay 350 (to buy a memory stone), the entrance fee is free for lifetime. Otherwise, day tickets are 15/adult and 7/child (4 -12 years old). Open only on Thursday - Sunday (from 10:00 to 17:00), but open till 20:00 on Friday and Saturday.
Nice and cozy place, strongly recommend to visit.
