It is really difficult to find anything negative to say about this restaurant. The service is great, menu is nicely built and lately even the food has been incredible. Before I’ve felt like the food can be hit or miss, but now it’s a hit after another. I recently had cod with ratatouille and it was amazing. Greatly recommended!

Vegan menu is terrible and expensive! Salty and poor elaborated! Racism towards a foreigner by local customers was a traumatic experience and I would not be able to recommend this place to anyone who is a good spirit minded person!! Staff is forced to obey to local customers instructions in order to apply racism and biased behavior against foreigner customers!! They don't comply with anti racist European Union laws and they threatened me in a psychological and physical manner trying to limit my free speech rights when talking to my friends on the phone! This was a nightmare experience and I will present a complaint against this company in the European Union Court of Human Rights because Finland is not a safe place to be in terms of human rights! Worst restaurant experience has been in this place which must have the highest scores on racist approach towards foreigner customers! Don't waste your money and time on this place!

Had afternoon tea here and breakfast too. The tea was a splendid experience (5/5) but for a 5 star hotel the breakfast wasn't anything special. I guess corona has had its impact there.

A plesant and cosy place to drop in for a dinner even in the middle of the week. As an appetizer caviar with champagne is always an excellent choice. Perfect service!

Great breakfast with a cold dish buffet (fresh fruit, porridge, karelian pies, bagels, different types of cheese etc.) and warm dishes (eggs, omelette, bacon, fried vegetables, pancakes) served on the table. The only thing I was missing was dried ham. The omelette would require some seasoning, as there was basically no flavour at all.

Went there for Afternoon Tea, which was very poor value for its price. Too much sweet stuff and salty treats are samey. You get a meal worth energy, which is mostly sugar in different forms. For that price you would better have a three course meal in any decent restaurant.

Great spot in the center on esplanadi to have lunch or dinner,atmosphere really cozy and food is excellent,service is impeccable too. Definitely a good choice ,also to have just a cappuccino and relax.
