Many of the parents have moved their kids to another kindergarten, H & S International School, which I would recommend too. Parents I have discussed with have felt that in Carousel, they are not heart and their opinions are disregarded. Some of the educators speak very poor English. Bullying is allowed. Some of the educators are not very qualified or do not master the right education methods. Educators are not able to, and are not qualified enough to handle energetic or so called \wild\ children. Some of the methods used can be looked as discriminating.
