I ordered a children's WOOM 3 bike here today. I asked about the sizing and correct adjustments for the bike, but the sales guy who I was with, didn't seem to know anything about the bike. I'm a bit disappointed as I thought I'm in a Professional bike store, where I can get help to make the decision to choose the right bike for my daughter. A local supermarket sales person would have been as good selling me a bike. Unfortunately you can't buy WOOM bikes from anywhere else in Finland than here, so I had no choice. I really hope the bike is at least correctly set up when I pick it up. Based on this visit I really can't recommend this store to buy a children's bike.
Excellent service, approachable staff. As name states, bikes sold are not supermarket style or quality. Great e-bikes, also.
