Brought our dog in to investigate seizure symptoms. The care she received was very excellent and eveyone spoke English perfectly which is really so helpful for non-Finns like me. Blood test results are available in 20 minutes, which is freaking spectacular! Definitely worth the money. If you need veterinary care, get the best you can afford.

My experience was most positive. The doctor was one of those people who know what they are doing. My cat was really well taken care of, I was considered a part of the healing process and was able to ask all the questions that were essential to understand why and how my cat was ailing. There was no delay in us being admitted to seeing the doctor,no problem in getting in,just a simple buzzer did the trick. Those of the persons who have critizised delay, not opening the door etc.are not necessarily aware that we live in an imperfect world. Not everything works like clockwork, remember there are people involved, who fall ill and sometimes delays are caused by unforeseen situations. Be it staff being ill or the time reserved for the patient. As animals cannot speak \human\, it is up to the owner to interpret all the symptoms. Unfortunately not all animal owners do understand their pets and are not able to see all the signs which would be essential for the doctor to know before beginning the examination. And that is one of the causes which can make the delay which some of you complained about. I am most certainly satisfied with this place where I've taken all my animals to be trated for the past about thirty years. Thank you
