Called to get info on the possibility of renewing my citizen card, identified myself but never got the name of the person on the other side. Was told to email in order to get the information. After insisting was finally told that is possible but that it will take to long and would be better off doing it somewhere else. Low standards, I guess I should not expect any better from a portuguese service. Sorry expecting you to do your job.
