Terrible, terrible service. It’s an absolute mission to get hold of anyone, website doesn’t provide any information, rude staff, pretty much doesn’t do any of the things you expect an embassy to do. The only saving grace is the nice auntie in the consular section.
Terrible, terrible, terrible, worst service i ever experienced in my life. Made visa now second year in a row and it takes 2 months to make it even tho i have european passport. I provided insurance paper in finnish language because obviously insurance is done in finland and embasy is in finland, no! They want paper in english!! 3days before my flight i still dont get any information if my visa is done even i send many emails asking about it. Then finnaly i call and they are like: yes your visa is done. Thanks for noticing me!! Their excuse was that they are incredibly busy. Yes sure, finnish passport holders dont even need visa to go to south africa... Anyway, terrible service, i would advise using some other embasy if you have chance or dont even go to SA :)
No answer at the building entrance. No answer at the front door. Noone the phone. What's happening? I drove all the way here during opening hours but noone's here!
Vittu! Maksettiin etukäteen yli 10 tuhatta euroo lennoista, luksus majotuksesta ja safareista. 2 aikuista ja meidän teini ikäiset tyttö ja poika. Eivät päästäneet Helsingissä edes matkatavara alueen läpi, kun ei ollut jotain VITUN SYNTYMÄTODISTUSTA lapsista joilla oli omat passit!!! Perkele! 3 vuotta sitten ei ollut mitään ongelmia. Tykättiin kaikki Eteläafrikasta, mutta nyt ei edes kuseta sinnepäin. Haistakaa ISO VPASKANEN VITTU!!!
Todella vaikeaa asiointia. Muuttuvat ylemmän tason ohjeet ymmärrän, mutta samaan asiakirjaan monesti tehdyt asiavirheet, en hyväksy. Ainoa paikka jossa asiaspalvehenkilö räyhännyt minulle. Siis koskaan.
