We bought a Christmas present, and since a birthday present from here for our 5 year old. Niether worked. When I rang customer services they would not hold the same toy for me to come and collect. would not buy from here again as wouldn't want a third major disappointment for our child. We were told we would get compensation by way of a voucher, this never arrived, and quite frankly had enough of dealing with this company! Avoid!!
