I am not happy about the service at all, if you want to buy a glass for your mobile you need to take a number and wait for a long time in the queue and there might be many people on the queue that want to buy a subscriptions so it will take a lot of time for each of them. Put a self service there for people who want to buy small items please.

Liar staff!! I visited yesterday (13/Jun/2019) to change old internet modem to newer modem as the old one didn't work fine. The staff lied 2 times that; 1. he change the modem, which costs over 100 euro, for free with his kindness. But the DNA customer service center says today the modem change is for free accroding to house contract with DNA. 2. when i got a new modem, i double checked the staff to update the CM MAC number so that the new modem can be activated. He said he checked and inout the info in the system, but he didn't. I have to struggle to connect to internet and finally called to DNA service to find the CM MAC number was not updated. DNA Sello shop should train the staff to meet DNA customer policy and be honest to the customers!!!

Täysin asiakaspalvelu kyvytön liike. Liikkeen johtajan nimeä ei kerrottu. Ville ja mikael kieltäytyivät kertomasta sitä jne. Tämä liike ei kanna vastuuta liikkeen toiminnasta. Ongelmissa pyydetään ottamaan yhteys dna asiakaspalveluun jossa kerrotaan liikkeen vastuun olevan liikkeen johdolla. Valitse mikä tahansa muu dna. Saat varmasti parempaa palvelua!
