Horrible, horrible service and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I went to this salon wanting a V shaped hair with layers. The hairdresser at first cut my hair straight with layers, already pretty short. I was very anxious already and showed her the picture again, explained very clearly what I wanted. She started thinning out my hair, not really cutting it the way I wanted. I told her 2 times to please not blow dry my hair like that but she did it 2 times anyways. The third time she did the exact same thing she did 2 times before. So I showed her the picture and explained her what I wanted 3 times, and it turned out HORRIBLE. Half of my hair was gone, there were no layers or shape AT ALL. While I was sitting there there were tears in my eyes. I left the salon crying because my beautiful hair was COMPLETELY RUINED. The price included a hair wash. After I calmed myself down I went inside to ask about it. The barber there said that I had to ASK for a hair wash. I’ve been to countless salons and NEVER has anyone told me to ask for a hair wash. It is done in the beginning so it’s easier to cut hair. They were super insensitive, didn’t care about my feelings at all and were overall really bad skilled with horrible attitudes. I went to another hair salon immediately after and even they were shocked at the work done on my hair and managed to somewhat fix it. If you don’t want your hair to end up like mine, DO NOT go to this hair salon. Worst decision I’ve ever made in my life.
I hate to give a bad review because the lady there was friendly but frankly I was disappointed. I went there for a simple hair cut. She washed and combed my hair straight and then cut it like it was a piece of cloth or paper. You get what I mean? Section by section all hair were cut equally forming a dead straight line which feels very heavy. I doubt that she has education for this profession. The Swedish-speaking male barber who was working next to me seemed way more skilled with scissors.
Compared to competition across the road, this place gives the best service with a huge margin.
This is my go-to for haircuts. Friendly and professional English speaking staff make this an enjoyable and satisfying experience with great results!

This was the second time I tried this barbershop. The first time, they gave the same time to another guy also and the barber spent less than 15 min on my hair. The second time, the barber didn't do the hair style I asked and he did something completely different. Even though I showed him a picture, he did completely different.
Did not get what I wanted. On my wish to cut more hair off, she said \it will look stupid\. Not very professional. Avoid.
