Very clean well organized 2 of the lady doctors I saw were super helpful and nice

I got the service as I expected. Information desk and the nurse were so friendly, cooperative and fluent in English.
They don't really know what they're doing. I had an ear infection years ago and the doctor/nurse said it was just a flu. Again I go with allergies/sinusitis and they give me ear drops. My health hasn't changed so I need to go to private now after spending money on the meds they recommended. Why are we paying so much taxes for health care if the public sector here sucks?
The worst service experienced in Finland. My wife went for a test and her blood was collected. When she called back for the result, she was told that the result ‘wasn’t clear’ and was asked to go back so her blood would be taken again. After her blood was collected the second time, we were surprised that she was asked to go again the THIRD TIME for the same test. No result. No reason was provided. What if it’s an emergency? Disappointed is an understatement.
The worst Doctors ever! It feels like they hate their job, got zero patience for their patients... not the first time I had bad experience here. My recommendation, try any other Health care if you can. This one is just going to waste your time and leave you with bad feeling.
the man at the information desk is extremely rude, His tone when he talk to me was like yelling and didn't wanna talk to me at all, i didn't know why he act that way, i really really never see anyone at info desk like him. i hope someone will teach him how is customer service is.

Omassa FFP3 maskissa ei päässyt sisään. Ovella vartija tyrkytti kirurgimaskia (FFP1) sormet tukevasti maskin sisäpinnalla. En kelpuuttanut sitä ja seuraavaksi hän toi avatun paketin, jossa kirurgimaskit olivat täysin auki sisäpinta ylöspäin. Sieltä se piti sitten kaivaa yrittäen tarttua reunasta. Itse lääkärikäynti kuitenkin ihan OK.
