Customer service is very poor. I bought furniture amd their commitment is not good. With in 2 months it damage then claim to them but their response is not good. I will recommend masku or asko. First time in finland, i saw very poor response.

A good store but one of the employees droped a heavy item on a customers foot and first of all had no first aid supplies and did nothing but say sorry..

Ei mikään asiakaspalvelun helmi. Vähän töksähtelee. Kysyessäni miksei yksi mattomalli ole netissä, saan vastaukseksi, että \myyjät eivät koskaan sitä muuten näkisi jos se tilattaisiin vaan netin kautta\. En ihan ymmärtänyt. Ehkä tilaan mattoni muualta.
