Every time I go into Tector, the service is top-notch. Sara, Jesse and Zaid have all served me in the past. They're extremely knowledgable about all things Apple, and all things computers. They go out of their way to over deliver. An excellent place to shop!

Yesterday, I got my computer back from these guys, and though it took seven days to repair, the results were excellent. I didn't lose a file or even the video project I was working on. I hooked everything up, turned it on, and voilà! Perfection! It's as good as new! And because it was still under warranty, it didn't cost me a penny :) The staff were excellent, great English, even laughing at my rather ridiculous jokes! 6/5

I go to Tector mostly for Apple products repairs as they are an authorized reseller. Their service process is very streamlined and very customer focused. They give you a fair estimate of potential costs incurred or a good predition on Apple will handle your case under warranty. The timeline for repairs is not always superfast, but most often realistic. I've done Macbook battery replacements, a MacMini repair, some phone and iPad repairs and I've been really happy with their service. Tip: If you give them your email address from previous repair orders, they have all your customer information and the process will be accelerated. The staff is really friendly and helps you in English as well if needed.
