Staff seem to enjoy mansplaining the basics of guitar to my girlfriend, a seasoned musician who just needed help finding the damn product she needed. Every time I visit I am greeted with a general atmosphere of arrogant besserwisserism. Wouldn't recommend based on their horrible pricing, either. I've found identical drum parts for half the price in other stores.

This is my favourite store in Finland. I like to grab those guitars that I can't afford and play them in peace for a few minutes without much of an issue. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

Didn't have much.
I rarely find what I want from this store. This time they didn't have 3.5 mm patch cables, despite selling semi-modular gear for which these cables are an essential accessory. The music department in Verkkokauppa beats F-Musiikki in both price and selection.

My only complaint is that I wish it were bigger. It is the place to find musical instruments and their accoutrements. Good selection, reasonable prices, helpful & knowledgeable staff.
Exceptionally friendly customer service coupled with good selection of products for all sorts of different instruments. Highly recommended.
