As many other buildings in city centre the National Theatre has a beautiful facade. From Ateneum you can see the Theatre and the Central Railway. In front of the building there is a nice market seeling food and souvenirs from different countries(not sure if is opened all year or only until end of September).

Nice building, next building the train station, middle of helsinki, front of a big square. Little careful if you go near lots of buses in here. Public transport very busy. Tram lines moves

There was a Christmas sale happening today (also tomorrow, so 25. and 26. of November 2017) over here organised by the staff of the Theatre. Before going there we imagined that there would have been some clothes or items from the different plays, but apparently there were none. Some 'Packman' cutting boards, candle holders made from the lids of the pans, some breads and cakes, and other small items. Cute stuff, nothing with 'WOW'...
