I was willing to get in touch with Foodora's customer service in private in order to leave this bad feedback directly to them, but since it seems impossible to get in touch with them, my only option is to write a review here. Despite hearing mostly bad experiences from friends who had tried Foodora before, I found a nice discount coupon among the commercials and decided to give it a try. Long story short, the driver did what most of Foodora's drivers are keen on doing: he called, said "I'm in a hurry, I'm leaving the food outside" and that was it, no apologies, no further explanation. We had to walk out of the building and get the food from the ground. Think about it, two pizza carton boxes left on the damp and soggy ground (not even in a bag), very hygienic isn't it? Needless to say, I'm not impressed but their disgusting standard of service and won't order from them anymore.

I ordered food, the food never came and no one is answering not them or the restaurant. I want my money back!! Scammer and thieves how can they do such a thing!
They did not deliver the food and never returned the money. The rider said he called us but we didn't get any call. We were constantly checking our phone but the app also didn't show that the food was arriving. When we wrote to customer care to return the money, this woman said it is our fault that the phone was not working. So they probably ate our food and took the money as well. Never ordering through Foodora again. Wolt is thousand times better and they never cancel our orders. Foodora keeps doing that even when we are ordering from the same restaurant.
Absolute scam. They keep canceling your orders when you use promo codes, and then disable that promo code as "used". Can't believe they even exist.

Really bad company, customer support answering times are so long also refund times are so long as well. I don't recommend! Use wolt instead!
Shocking - No wonder they have had to close their Canadian and Australian operations. Over 1 hour for Foodora to release the order to restaurant because there were not enough couriers in the area. Maybe they stopped accepting slave wages?
The worst meal delivery platform in Finland. My order took 1h and 20min for cold pizza for compensation I got 3 gift card for the next order which doesn't even cover the cost of the delivery.
