I booked room for longer period, however I was not able to come to Helsinki in that time. I got refunded my money in a week with no problem (there was some fee), so I would say, that I have good experience with this company. Also, there was quite good and swift communication with staff through emails.
Good place for temporary accommodation. Compare to number of rooms the kitchen is only one and its difficult to get the space during evening time. It could be bit better if they spent some time to manage.

Nice room with all the required facility. Quick service and would love to stay here. Very well connected and good scenic view.
The staff is really polite and helpful. It is a bit tricky to find the main door but if you follow the signs you can do it.
