Indifferent/bad customer service. I rented a suit with optional insurance. Ended up having to buy the coat because of accidental needle damage from boutonniere, which is not covered by the insurance. Fine, this is stated in the terms, so my fault for not reading terms properly, but good customer service would emphasize that needle damage is not covered by insurance. Unfortunately it ended up being a really bad experience.

Good experience, but ended up renting a suit elsewhere. The shopkeeper who helped me try on suits was very friendly and efficient, I got to try 4 different suits in one hour. However, she didn't have much to say about the suits themselves or how to wear them. I was on the fence about renting one there, then I asked if I could have the suit for an extra day of photography... it would cost double! At this point I told her I'm going to check out other rental places, and she gave me a list of their competitors and said which ones she'd recommend. I thought that was a really nice thing to do and it shows they care about helping out their customers.
