Employer helped to sign the cleaning contract with Freska for our apartment cleaning. 4th time they cancelled the cleaning time after the cleaning time supposed to start. We have prepared for the cleaning and only heard about the cancellation by then. Really disappointed that this company do not respect customer's time.

I've never ordered a cleaning service before hearing about Freska. Freska exceeded all of my expectations - the quality of the cleaning is very high, I always get the same very friendly and reliable cleaner, and the price for the quality is very good. I would highly recommend Freska. It is the best feeling coming back to a clean home!
Freska was cleaning our office for two years. Their customer service is top notch and you get replies fast. The cleaner was changing several times and the new cleaners didn’t get proper training at the location, and the written instructions were not followed. The worst thing was that the cleaning was automatically cancelled on Christian holidays and even when the appointed cleaner was sick, the customer was supposed to call their customer service to arrange a replacement. I finally got fed up as I only wanted a cleaning service that JUST WORKS.
I’ve been using Freska’s services for over a year now and couldn’t be happier!! The quality of cleaning, especially compared to the price, is amazing and everyone is very friendly. Honestly the best out there, definitely recommend!!
