I bought a laptop from Gigantti Salo (Outlet) and there was a lot of drivers missing as I couldn't connect to Internet, the touchpad didn't work and the touchscreen wasn't working either and apparently a lot of others. Even though it was an outlet product it was supposed to be as good as new as it was written on the website. Thanks to Gigantti Raisio they've took care most of the problems but they couldn't fix the touchscreen so now they sent it to Helsinki for repairs. On Gigantti Salo's side I am very disappointed.

Good and fast service! Bought a mobile phone and the man knew his products and was very helpful. Service at the till was slow and not too friendly thou... Shame.
Everything I needed was out of stock or non existing. Poor selection of streaming grear and other required cables and other accessories...
Friendly service. Better looking from the inside than the outside. Supprisingly large range of products.

Relatively competitive prices and surprisingly friendly and professional service. Both my wife and my mom were happy, therefore I must be happy too.
