I made a purchase in Gigantti online on 26 November with pick-up from Gigantti Oulu. The item was available at the store at the time of purchase. Today is 11 December, and the order is still not available for the pick up. Here is the best part: I contacted the customer service but got no reply! Complete disregard. Instead they sent me an automatic email saying that the new delivery date is December 18. It's a third automatic email with the date shift, and probably not the last one. Are you serious?? How much longer do I have to wait? And how can the customer service just ignore the inquiries?? Yet on the website they have "delivery even the same day"! Of course.

Mixed feelings, they have lot of good and reasonable price stuff in there but it's really difficult to buy what you need because these clerks try to sell lot of additional equipments etc what you don't need at all and I'd you are not interested they will go through your mobile deals, internet provider, what TV packages etc. You have. This is really annoying but I understand that this is part of they work and salary.
