Great venue to watch concerts and hockey. Modern place.

I have only been here for some concerts, never in a hockey match. There are not enough toilets for women. Usually the concert audience consists of more women than men. They should label the toilets unisex during concerts.
It is easy to get this place by car or public transport. Easy access. Plenty of places to buy food. The staff is really helpful.
The venue is one train stop outside of Helsinki and easy to find. It's basically a hockey arena which sometimes holds concerts. The sound was pretty good but frustratingly you can't take your drink down to the arena floor. I asked 3 security staff why but no reason was forthcoming.
Well managed on the covid-time. Lots of space and well done partitioning.
The arena is really easy to get to by train and once I side very easy to find your way. It's a shame you can't bring in your drink inside the bowl, a bit strange to drink your Pepsi in 20 min so that you can find your seat. The sound when you sit near the round of the bowl had a bit of an echo, but otherwise it was great.
Arena is really cool and has great atmosphere. Had never been to a hockey game before in my life and definitely loved the experience of watching the Jokerit team. They have several places to buy drinks and snacks and restrooms everywhere as well. Only thing I didn’t like was that you can’t drink alcohol at your seats but I guess that’s a law or something they need to respect.
My first ice hockey experience! Had a thrilling match and Jokers won in the end. The atmosphere was exhilarating and lively. The support from the locals is unconditional and they are very passionate. Hartwell arena can be reached by bus, tram and metro. Food is available like pizza and stuff. Don't take metal stuff inside or it'll be kept in store room till you end the match and return. Do visit here i ll say!!
