The swimming pool has 6 lanes, from which only 2 are usually free for swimming, while there are classes on the other ones. Too many people make training quite hard on this swimming pool.

It is fine but I wish it has cold/hot pools. It is badly missing there!
There was intresting happening: some people don't accept the new Icehall to be built there. And they try to demonstrate for nature values. They have their funeral candles and they were in sad mood because threes has gone down by forestmachinery. The police was there following. Pirkkola swimming pool is nice place. The personnel working there is very polite and kind. Many School class has sport there and they are well guided. There is home made food style restaurang with big windows to follow happenings outside and meet people. many fotographers and editors made interwiews there.
3 pools. 2 for children and 1 of 25m. Also sauna included. Large service space (change room, 2 sauna). Ticket is 5.50 eur. During the week is poorly visited. In weekends it get stuck in afternoon.
A nice, big pool. The location within the forest is very charming. The big pool is usually busy but you can jump into the smaller one for fun
Nothing wrong with it, but nothing so special either. I was there once and the main pool was rather empty.
Facilities are in good condition and the pools are nice. The corridor from dressing rooms to the pool is longer and colder than in other pools of the capital area. The children pool is nice for small kids and easy to supervise them. The location is a bit hard to reach but public transport or in winter by walk.
The learning pool is nice and I enjoyed the natural light in the pool area. The interior needs a renovation, especially in the shower and sauna areas.
