Another great hotel! The rooms are nice and decently appointed. My room had to be straightened a bit when I first arrived, but the staff was quick to remedy the situation. The front desk staff was amazing! They were quite informative about what was available in the surrounding area. I loved the spa! Great way to relax and unwind after a long day working. I will say that the park across the street was a bit scary at night. It was near midnight thought and there was a bit of fog. Had a blast!

The personnel is very very kind, the room itself is beautiful (lots of space) with a big bathroom. Good service (room service with good food) and Excellent position in the city centre

The Crowne Plaza in Helsinki is located just off the city centre, it is a 15 minute walk from the station (or take the 4 or 10 tram, which stops outside the hotel) or a 25 minute drive from the airport, HEL. There is a nice restaurant and bar in the hotel and plenty of choice around the hotel as well. The location is perfect for exploring Helsinki city centre and is next to some of the biggest museums in town. The hotel has what is probably the biggest and most well equipped gym in the hotel world as well as a nice pool and a full service Spa. The rooms are spacious and well planned suiting both business and leisure travellers. As an elite members you get a mini bar allowance instead of having to go to the bar. Overall a good hotel for Helsinki city centre.
