I ordered two flower bouquets according to a photo on their webpage. I ordered one size bigger than in the picture. I had them sent one day in advance. The flowers received were different colour and the bouquets size smaller than ordered and paid for. Roses were droopy after two days. I complained but they insisted that they were in the right even though I had a photo of the one I bought and the one I received. Thus zero stars.

Sain osanottokimpun ystävältäni. Näin heti, että kimppu ei ollut tuore. Varsistahan sen näkee, milloin kimppu on lillunut jo pari päivää vedessä. Se alkoi jo kolmantena aamuna kuihtua.
Hyvä asiakaspalvelu... Soitin datafloraan kukkalähetys perillä parin tunnin päästä ja kukkien saaja oli iloisesti yllättynyt. Suosittelen lämpimästi
