Very strange service. Never got a evaluation of cost for a service for my equipment. They just did it without saying anything. I was prepared to pay, but imagine if there was a customer that wasn't. 50% of the items that were broken weren't fixed at all and no clear indication of why, wasn't mentioned to me. Also I was aded to their mailing list without any premision to do so. Very sad to see this type of company shipping Pioneer to Finland.
