Stayed at Scandinavia Park and decided to try the restaurant despite bad reviews, and we were not at all disappointed. Food was delicious. Service was a bit slow, but very good.

Awful. Single-handedly the worst restaurant experience I've had in 3 years travelling to Finland. The poached egg for starter was cold enough to have been cooked yesterday and nobody cared to ask at any point. The main took an 1hour15 to arrive after ordering and when it did, the salmon with asparagus had 1 asparagus and farmed salmon swimming in cooking oil with cold mash. At the end, the wanted to charge 32 for the pleasure. Walk somewhere else; I'll certainly not be eating there again.

After spending few evenings there in the bar (didnt try the restaurant)with some of the hotel guests i gotta say never got this much bad customer service in Finland. Bartender was grumpy, didnt seem to know how to do his work and basic manners were missing. This happened every evening 11-13th november. I would suggest finding a better bartender or atleast get him glasses so he would notice customers, teach him words like "Thank you" "You're welcome" and maybe show him how to smile.

Ravintolasali on tilava ja ilmava, ja remontin jäljiltä myös tyylikäs. Kohdallemme sattui todella mukava tarjoilija, joka oli aina oikeaan aikaan oikeassa paikassa. Suurehkosta seurueesta huolimatta palvelu hoitui ripeästi ja ystävällisesti. Ruoka oli yleistä Scandic-hotellien tasoa, eli ei varsinaisesti mitään moitittavaa. Mutkatonta ja hyvänmakuista. Myös muut kuin hotellin asiakkaat ovat tervetulleita. Suosittelen.
