I needed good hammer-drill. I came there with no hope, after bad experiences in Polish shops. Young guy in the tools customer service was excellent. He was talking to me (I was asking the questions, and usually guys are replying to the man I am with). He was explaining things, showing me options, helped with choosing accessories. He spoke really good English and was not afraid to use it. Thanks to the tool he suggested, installing new mirror was a easy job. Last time I were there there was slightly older guy, who really didn't speak English, but he was also helpful, we waved our hands a lot, but I get my planks. It would be nice if there will be more people on the shifts - this is business where customer service is not yes-no, so sometimes I had to wait.
R.I.P customer service , this shop doesn't deserve to be under K group name, very unfriendly unhelpful, and very unprofessional staff. One star is too much
Very basic. Got everything you need. Cottonoil cans should be in different sizes. Had to buy real big one. Apaet from that, lovely place. Reminds me of my childhood
Excellent staff, very helpful and go out of their way to ensure you get what you need.
Very nice shop with great amount of items. Perhaps it is already too fancy (and expensive) compared to a simple hardware store. I visited because of their wide grilling range.

This is a mid-size home center conveniently located adjacent to a whole bunch of furniture and other department stores. The service was cordial and you'll find most all badic things there. I bought sauna protective wax, shower set, etc.
