Really nice library. Located in the heart of Kallio, beautiful building from the early 20th century and it's got everything you need from a library. I go there often even if I don't have any specific business there!
My favorite library of Helsinki. Very charming and easygoing vibe. Great variety of books, even a section for lgbtq! They also have laptops that one can borrow and use inside the library. Great location right by the side of Karhupuisto, in the heart of Kallio.

Most adorable library ever! Small, comfy with plenty of sunlight and space to study or read. Definitely my new favourite.
Old library with maze. Some places you can find using elevator, like P level (parvi /loft). Some floor maps show is located up like 3rd floor, but this is between 1 and 2 floor. and there is upper loft too (kids & music) Elevator connects all floors.
This is a great place to study or see other people. There's several studying rooms to use. It's surprisingly big library at the middle of Kallio.
The library is really charming, many windows, light colors and the historical hipped roof makes it such an enjoyable place where to work.
