Good value for money, exceptional service. Since I couldn't be with my significant other on our anniversary, I ordered a rose bouquet and Piilola did not disappoint. The flowers were exactly like in the picture and my SO absolutely loved them. Additionally, I had an issue with the online order details due to my mistake, and an employee called Päivi was extremely kind and helpful, quickly fixing the issue. I don't know how you guys managed it, but your delivery person was there 30 seconds after I started skyping with my SO. Perfect timing, perfect service, can't thank you enough!
