This review is for management and customers. I've been a member the past few years but once my membership expires, I will never return. Why? Because I feel their attitude is below standard. Charging members to freeze their account during a pandemic? Not taking precautions and safety seriously? Please be aware, employees are not required to wear masks during this period. I called them and they do NOT wear face masks. If you go, it is at your own risk. There has been many times I came in for a haircut and the employee was sick. Now they want me to put faith in them that the employee cutting my hair is healthy???? Go on their Facebook page. Take a look. See if there are any postings or assurances that you the customer is a priority when it comes to your health and safety. Do they sanitize chairs after each use? Do they limit the amount of people in a room. Fact is that they say nothing. Another thing that has annoyed me over time is the lack of customer service displayed by many staff. Not all but too many. Example: I was in the chair, hair being cut by employee #1 and a customer walked in and they spoke. When the customer was not looking employee #1 looked at employee #2 and they rolled their eyes and silently laughed. Tell me, is this what employees should do in front of customers? Another example is that there have been times when I walked into the store and the staff didn't bother to acknowledge me nor tell me an appropriate time for waiting. So when you are losing customers and want to know why, consider this a free review for you.

Were bribing strangers to give 5 star reviews with the chance of winning a free jar of hair product. Realised that it was a mistake and apologised. Apparently had mostly 5 star reviews prior, but some reviews are fake.
Good barbers. Enough parking at the other side of the street. Only not a huge fan of their member system. Where a non member can in theory wait X long as long as premium members keep coming before his turn.
Really bad. My hubby went there and they just cut hole in his beard. Really bad and not professionals there! They offered to fix in 7 days but really if you cut big hole in men's beard who the hell will gome back!?
Great for male customers. Too much marketing their products during service.
