I had quite many difficulties in receiving an online order at the place of convenience - which was also suggested as an option by the webshop's last-mile service provider. Despite the serious mistake in the webshop that I mentioned to and was acknowledged by the owner the latter: a) insulted me over the phone, b) accused the \previous owner\ for the mistakes of the webshop (!) and c) apologized, later on, via sms (!!). Finally, the order was NOT delivered at the place that was chosen via the web-shop but somewhere else, quite far. I had to pay a taxi to go and get the prodcut, which added up approx. 10% the amount of money spent for aquiring the Plektra's product. Perhaps this is not (yet) a place for shopping online. The owners shall also get some customer-service orientation lesson by a professional trainer. Not recommended place for (online) orders and transactions.

My new favourite woodworking tool supplier in Finland. A great range of high quality hand tools right there, ready to inspect, very reasonable prices and a warm welcome and really great service from the owners are exactly what I was missing when using other suppliers here. Their shop location is easily accessible from all around the metropolitan area using the trams (maybe 100 meter walk to the shop from nearby stop), but plenty of on-street parking right outside the door made it really easy and an enjoyable experience to visit Plektra Trading. It took me a while to find out about Plektra, but I'll be returning for any future needs. Genuinely, a real 'gem' here in Helsinki. Pay them a visit and you won't regret the time spent.

Puusepän taivas! Erinomainen valikoima työkaluja ja jos tarvittavaa ei hyllystä löydy niin sellainen tilataan. Palvelu on aina ollut huippuystävällistä ja asiantuntevaa. Kauppaa on helppo suositella kaikille puun työstämisen kanssa puuhaaville.
