Ordered taxi twice earlier this year. Both times told clearly where they could park so I could find them and to hop in. BOTH times the taxi was parked at the other side of the neighborhood's parking lot and the timer was already on the payment counter thingy (On top of the 6 euros of pre-order). Both times I had to physically go around and find the taxi among the cars at the parking lot. Although both rides themselves went smoothly, the pre-ordering of the taxi from this company easily turns into a cat and mouse game that you most likely don't have time for.

Would not recommend. Uber would've been 25 euros, Taxi from Whim would've been 30 euros. We paid 40 euros for a taxi that reeked of vomit. Disgusting. It's truly sad how low taxi services have come in Helsinki. Use Uber (or in case of an emergency Whim) instead!
Was here for the lunch buffet. Some fish some (salty) meet, potatoes and salads. Not too tasty and ambiance is not very atmospheric.. canteen style. 9,90 pp

Don't expect any good customer service if you do not speak Finnish (even though the service should be proviede in Finnish, English and Swedish)! I called to prebook a taxi for an important guest of our company. The first person I taled to spoke fluent English, gave me some info and i had to call back because I needed to provide more details. When I called back, the first operator didn't even let me speak and hanged up on me. When i called back, another operator put me on hold as soon as I started to speak English, and I had to hang up after 5 minutes of useless wait. The 3rd operator didn't understand a single word but refused to let me speak to someone who spoke English for several minutes. Finally I was able to book this taxi (with a nice operator this time) and I provided all the necessary invoice information (invoice address, vat code, reference and so on). I got a text with a link to follow the pickup. The morning of our guest's arrival I checked out the pickup status and found out the booking was cancelled (!) and had to do it all over again. Fortunately my partner speaks Finnish, and the whole procedure required \only\ 15 mins. The instructions were that the driver should have waited for our guest at the airport lobby with a nameboard. At the supposed time of the pickup, I got a call from the driver, inviting me to let the guest know he was waiting outside because he couldn't print the nameboard and i had to (firmly) ask him to get pen and paper, write down the board and head to the lobby! The invoice info were clear enough, I provided all the reference codes. Now I just received the invoice by email (which is totally useless since I'm not paying it and the company accepts only electronic invoices) and of course all the reference codes were missing. Worst experience ever! (And that's exactly why I'm always using uber if I personally need a ride). Avoid at all costs!

They don't advice you if your ordered is cancelled, would be nice the customer knows until what time should wait to make another call or look for another company. Apologies don't recover my wasted time
