Went in with a computer that would not start up, Stephen was very patient and helped me solve my problem; all the while, making sure not to damage any files. He gave me great advice for cleaning up my system when I get home. I would definitely come to this shop again.

Terrible service. They said that my display glitches were caused by some small scratch (not even on the display) and my warranty doesn’t cover the repair. It took several days for them to find it out and they asked to pay ridiculous price to change the screen and pointed that it will take about a couple of weeks. Insane :) I went to another official centre (still paid to Tector for their “diagnostics”) and the phone was fixed in one hour (!) and for free by warranty (!!)

just to change the battery of your iPhone you have to leave your phone waiting for a week, it is impossible to leave a work tool for so long. I don't think it's a competitive service.
