Apparently it is impossible to cancel one's HBO Nordic subscription without spending half a day on the phone and paying \u003e2e/min because nothing happens when you try to cancel online (done it three times so far) and when trying to enter the chat it tells me to log in even though I am already logged in.
Be really careful with those guys! Charged full price for a suspended phone. And then the resignation period is 14days - so again paying for the unused connection! Unsubscribing from their services is made deliberately difficult and obscure! Be careful.
Racist company. They send me a bill of 92 for using their monthly service, I cant pay on time and they send me many messages in Finnish language which I do not understand and couldnt respond. A week after they cut my contract because I didnt respond to their message in their language. Which was very dangerous because i was travelling without any phone service and internet. I do not recommend this company.
If you purchase anything from Telia, be prepared to get involved with Kuluttajasuojavirasto / the customer protection agency. Not only do they unethically sell 'free' products to the elderly in a very misleading way, they also don't terminate the contracts after multiple visits to the shop, they send the elderly customer to other stores that are far away. HQ telephone customer service equally incompetent and unethical, they will tell to your face they don't know what to do and hang up. I would not recommend Telia to anyone.
At a party in the down stairs canteen. Not seeing that much. The doors are secured in a way that you cannot leave the doors open for too long which was a bit frustrating.
Expensive, greedy and unfair mobile operator. Avoid it and better choose DNA which quality is the same or better but conditions are much profitable. Being customer of Telia for about 5 or 6 years, I'm really disappointed how it charging me for nothing. I was trying to close data subscription at Telia via Yritysportaali at August this year because I've got a SIM from DNA. I did it as I thought, but something went wrong and connection was not terminated in the system. I knew it only yesterday, because it was a second page at my monthly invoice (I'm also paying for another contract which ends this month only). I was trying to explain to Telia that it was, most probably, some technical mistake. And the evidence is that SIM card was never registered in the network again since August. But nobody listening an just saying \you should pay\. Ok, I will pay. But avoid Telia as unfair company - they will catch you at any mistake and charge you for that. Worst services ever. Online, waiting 45 minutes to get an operator, I was told that she is not paid for english services.The broadband is not working, I’m on hold for 4 minutes and then my call is rejected. Not first time when happens to be treated with disrespect. Many times the operators have no idea what they’re doing and the customer service is inexistent.
