I wearily brought my laptop in thinking that it was a write off and that I'd have to get a new one. The hinges binding the screen and main body were jammed and there was some panel damage. The Bitmaster guys informed me that it is a common enough problem and promptly fixed it (nearly) as good as new. They even sent progress videos thru WhatsApp to keep me informed. Top class service.

WORST TECHNICAL SERVICE EVER !!! My laptop was always going to sleep during usage and i thought thermal paste need to change and i gave my computer to them and they asked me 120 to change it and i accept it. Btw best thermal paste costs 10. I couldnt change it because there was so little screws and i didnt want to destroy it. Then they called me and said that it is ready. After 4 hours my laptop gives same error and i left my computer there 2 days and they couldnt find the issue and told me to change the motherboard and cips on it. Which costs more than 600 and they said they can do it but my computer can totally die or live. I didnt took that risk and try to find it out by myself. I tried my computer with another screen and it working perfectly and i understand there is a problem between main board and screen and it is the cable. This guys are scammers and dont have any idea what is their job ! Dont give them your computers or other diveces !!!
