Great store to find almoat any appliance and electronics. They often have sales and really good deals around holidays if you think they are a bit pricey. They also offer multiple payment options too. The staff has always been great, friendly and helpful, even in rush hours or difficult days (like Black Friday). All around a really good store.

I like the staff and customer service, it’s probably one of these finnish shops that resemble western culture service which is the best “ customer is our priority “ sort of a thing. The only suggestion is please make sure there is disinfection liquid everywhere. It wasn’t there recently. Most stops were empty after 6 pm. And that’s when lots of people visit after work as well.
Very good selection. Unfortunately kind of shop in shop so you have to visit 4 different places to view laptops. PC components were not laid out in the shelf and about 100 people in line for the warehouse pick-up section. Didn't have time to wait so didn't get what I came for. Shame.

They have what you need but could as well buy online - no service at the store even when a customer is asking for help and willing to make a purchase. I ended up googling the answers to my questions as the three people at the counter were not willing to assist. They happily took my money anyway after I did my own research.
If you need to buy an electronic devices or any other stuff you should go to this web store. I bought Google pixel 4a 5G and I am very excited to see what I can achieve with it!

The queues have always been long here. Especially during the pandemic they should seriously address this issue. Very little effort has been made to ensure the safety of customers and staff. Mostly just a couple of posters even though this is a high customer volume store. Only half of the customers were wearing face masks and practicing social distancing. The company could fix these problems if they tried. For example, more staff to shorten the queues, higher saturation of hygiene information, direction of customer flow in the store, limited number of customers in the store, scheduled no contact pickup of orders, etc.
