Helsinki's public toilet system is the best I've ever seen, both in facilities and locations, as they are almost everywhere. This particular bathroom is specially complete with 1 complete bathroom and 4 urinals. The first is wheelchair-adapted and has much more space than the seconds. Both include a compact system for wash and dry hands, but without soap. Surprisingly, all of them lacked a toilet seat... which is expectable for a urinal, but not for a regular toilet. It had literally disappeared!
