We specialise in the welding of high-pressure and process piping as well as the production and installation of various steel structures. We carry out demanding industrial welding and installation projects. We use standard welding methods 141, 111, 111/141, 135 and 136 as well as effective pipe welding classes for pressurised piping (PED). We weld all conventional materials: black, stainless/acid-proof, heat-resistant and aluminium. We can also handle special materials like 10Cr, 13Cr, X10, X20, TP310 and TP347. We install equipment, steel structures and pipes, excelling in demanding and challenging projects. We place particular emphasis on high work quality, smooth project flow, cleanliness and the environment. We can also arrange the recycling of materials in demolition projects. We produce high-pressure and process piping as well as various steel structures: load-bearing beams and pillars, support structures for new and renovated buildings, sheet metal work and structures, lift shafts, stairs, spiral stairs, balconies, etc. We also produce tanks and pressure vessels with a capacity of 0.5–20,000 m3 and pressure category of up to 60 bar. For the food industry, we manufacture stainless and acid-proof pipes (e.g., DIN 11850). We provide project planning and supervision to meet the plans, requirements and wishes of our customers, covering entire projects on a turnkey principle or various portions thereof from work supervision and monitoring to interpretation (Russian, Swedish and English). During the project, we perform systematic NDT inspections and strength calculations. We agree on the scope of project supervision with the client according to their needs.
