This place was brilliant. Straight off the plane into the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel design is minimal and sophisticated. The butternut squash soup was amazing. Thank you for a lovely quick visit.
The room was lovely and big, with a bathtub and shower. The receptionist staff however was a bit boring, i was the only customer they had and I was expecting a warmer welcome since they were not that busy. Also no restaurant or bar was open so i had to go buy my food from the airport.
Extremely friendly and professional staff. They will go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Helsinki!
Always stay overnight here when arriving in Finland. Excellent place to recharge.
This hotel is the perfect stay for travelers. After a long flight, this place has the right facilities, amenities, service and mindset that you need to re-energize yourself. Rooms are nice, clean and quiet. Hotel staff friendly and making sure you as a guest are doing well. It is a good place to stay at.
Very neat, clean and modern hotel. Good customer service. Easy to access from the airport (there was some construction happening around and that made little difficult for me to reach there with the luggage)
Not exactly the hotel's fault but the other customers were something that made me want to jump out of the window! Middle aged Finnish men and their bs talk that you can't escape at the restaurant / bar, breakfast restaurant.. the open planning is nice but it makes the ground floor really noisy and you can't really relax or enjoy your meal. The pillowcase in the room were way too soft, woke up with a sore muscles. You can only get the breakfast coffee served to the table. Breakfast selection was good, lots of fresh bread, baked and fried goods. The porridge was really good, and the staff at the breakfast area were really attentive and helpful. The room and other facilities were really clean, I appreciate that. The room was nicely warm but not too hot, nice and cozy. Shower facilities were amazing!
