Slow service. Charges 1 per person for the water, even when ordering other drinks. (In Finland, where if there is one thing it is water...)

Too small servings, and too expensive. Entered hungry and left hungry.
Great service personnel, but unfortunately that's the only positive side for this restaurant. Food is mediocre at best. Cannot recommend this restaurant/chain.
Very busy restaurant, nice vibe. Friendly service. We had to wait 45 minutes for our food but we were so hungry that we decided to wait opposed to finding elsewhere. Nice food, fairly expensive.
