Awsome customer service.
Just had my camera fixed here. The job was to clean a mirror on an older camera. First off they messed up sending me the work quote, I had to contact them to ask what was going on, they had the correct email and number, and after prodding I got what was needed. I just picked up the camera and the mirror still had marks on it, when I pointed it out the seller basically said 'yes the marks are still there' - 'maybe you should buy a new camera'... then proceeded to charge 140 total - If I'd not been in a rush to go to the airport, I'd have fought this harder. For that price I'd expect the work to either be done correctly or for them to discount for not completing it. So I'm not pleased with the process, service or the results.
Good prices. Nice and very helpful staff.
JAS Tekniikka repaired our companys Canon quickly and with a resonable price. Service was friendly and helpful and knew what services to sell that I didn't even know to want! If you break your Canon and need pro repair service bring it here!

Pros: High quality repairs and service, Cons: Can be absurdly expensive. I've had five DSLR bodies and four lenses serviced here. The time for repairs has varied from a few days to up to 4 weeks, depending on if they can repair it in house or need to send it to a manufacturer's service center. Quality has always been great, and they provide a 6 month warranty on the service. The downside is that the price is 50-100% more than a similar repair in other markets (e.g. in other European countries or in the USA). The cost to replace a shutter is 500-600 (compared to around 300 in the US). I had to replace the mode switch on top of a Nikon DSLR, and the cost of this repair in the US would have been around 250. JAS quoted me 420. If your gear is still under warranty (or if insurance will cover it), this is a great place. Otherwise, you're probably better off going somewhere else or selling your gear for parts.
Remember to care for your Canon! These guys will clean up your camera's mirror to ensure perfect spotless pictures
