My Samsung galaxy 50 had frezzed for awhile and I complained about it to Elisa. They told me it had a warranty for 36 months and I could get a maintenance free of charge at JAS Tekniikka OY. I went there to get the service and I was told the device will be fixed within two weeks free of charges. The maintenance is covered within its warranty. After two weeks they sent me a 475euro bill if I want to proceed with maintenance. I bought the device for 298 euro. I decided it wasn't worthy to fix it with amount of cost and asked my device back. I was told I will get back my device after paying 29 euro for check up. This is unfair but the most surprising thing is that the phone was completely damaged and it is not even abled to start. It has more problems than before. All in all, I feel that I was cheated and unfairly treated. They don't even have the decency to return the device without damaging it. They purposely damaged it, when I did not agree with their over pricing.

Right place to pay new camera!
Very friendly staff. I drained the only battery of my camera by exposing it to cold. That happened very quickly, and I didn’t take a charger on the trip to Finland. The guys in the shop helped me to make sure that the problem is in the battery, and charged it for free.
