Trust is most important in doctor-patient relationship. When the dentist totally messes up a routine job and the so-called 'patient insurance' (I can think of a more fitting name) basically says that nothing done was 'unprofessional' and that the patient is to blame for damage caused by this dentist, you know never to use this dangerous and overpriced care-service again.
