Rental office of Kortepohja isn't really helpful, don't expect too much. Whenever I inquire something, staffs always say "I am not sure." or "I don't know." In addition, they have very poor mechanical system, therefore if you go there to pay a service fee (for example Sauna fee), they first say "oh we don't see anything in our system", and then few months later they send you an invoice to make you visit there *again* to pay for it. I found it quite annoying that I have to walk 20 min back from my building to the rental office which is not necessary to do it again if they have more qualified system. Also, I have to say something about the maintenance company in Kortepohja, this company's service fee is ridiculously high and definitely not worth for its price. For example, in the weekend when the door closed and if I call the door opening guy, then he will arrive, open the door and charge 50 euros. Considering a large number of "students" are living in Kortepohja, I think 50 euros for this simple and effortless service is way too high. (Even though the door opening guy that I met also said that it's too high for students.) It is free to visit the rental office to lend a spare key in the weekdays, however what about your door get closed during the weekend? Isn't the rental office there for helping and supporting tenants? If it is closed during the weekends, then they can simply set a safe box so people can get a spare key or whatever. I really hope they figure out different ways than charging huge fee (it's more like penalty or fine than service fee to me) on this simple service.

Customer service is ok but you really don't get any help from there. Now since the housing problem notification has moved online, service has gone considerably slow, as slow as week after complain. Opening hours are like 2-3hrs so one has to make sure not to miss those hours. At times you go there and specific people are not in the office that one has to wait day or days for meeting.
