The door is broken second time, they just either ignore all the emails and phone calls or, if you call from another number, just promise to contact again. Very shady business, I regret I installed the door. They are very rude, uncooperative, on their page it is written 10 years warranty, but now it is 2 years once of a sudden. I DO NOT recommend their doors to anyone. The paint is getting off from the door now. And it is not even 3 years old! And is broken second time!
