I think they don't equally treat each tenant when a tenant is moving out. They consider normal wear and tear as my fault and charge me a fee. But my Finnish friend was not charged when he moved out with very similar room conditions as mine.

Horrible customer service blaming me for not knowing about increased rent, when I was never informed of it. The service person was laughing at me telling I'm wrong and saying how "she has to go eat lunch now". When I moved away they blamed that I didn't clean the house well, eventhough I cleaned the house very precisely. At the same, the house was very dirty when I moved in and when my roommate moved out he didn't even vacuum clean the house or clean hairs from the shower drain... They also blamed me for not bringing my furniture away, when I just wanted to be nice and leave a very fine chair to the kitchen, because there was little chairs in the kitchen. I could have of course just thrown it to trash, but I'm sorry for trying to be nice...... //Edit. They later on said they will not require payment from me for either the cleaning or moving the furniture. But that is not what their email initially told me, and would have probably had to pay unless I went to their office.
