Quite annoying company. They have the foolish concept of tarjouskauppa, but buying customer is exposed to the risks of making an offer which can be denied by them even if it covers the initial base price from the seller. This means, if they try to sell a house from 300.000, and you are the only one bidding for that amount or money, or even bigger or even several buyers and exceeding that price; they are not obligated to sell. Speculating and inflating the price of housing in Helsinki and Finland. The set an unrealistic price to have people bidding and selling much more expensive. I discourage to use this company at all.
