Lowkey beautiful nature preserve. Great for easy, one-day hiking. The lakes are relatively small and the landscape is not that stunning in comparison to larger national parks, but lovely nonetheless. We visited after a rainy days and some parts were quite muddy and slippery.

A nice hidden gem not far from Helsinki, the Meiko lake area is a very nice place for a day hike. There are a a couple of places where you can make a fire if you want to, but wood might not always be available. The hike around the lake is 8,8 km long. It is a fairly easy hike, but there are a few steep spots, so it's not accessible.

Nice nature, but overly crowded since 2020 COVID.

Very nice and clean lake view. A bit unmaintained path to the lake from parking area yet easy to walk.

Sporty forest path passing five ponds. Somewhat demanding walk, especially after a rain. Fireplace close to the bond closest to the P area (accessible to families with kids).
