Theres a good chance of getting a \max extreme\ rule follower as an inspector. Lets just say someone with a meager income driving an old car, should take his car somewhere else for inspection. They will do a full disqualification, for things little to do with road safety. I hope i don't get covid as i take the train and bus to work. Then again, i am so angry after leaving there that its good that i am not driving. Driving this angry is worse than driving drunk.
